CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is a necessary part of running an efficient and fair business. It applies equally to everyone—no exceptions—so we can maintain consistency and respect everyone’s time. While we understand that life happens, please know this policy is not personal. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! •Same day cancellation or no show — fee equal to 100% of services scheduled. •Less than 24hrs notice AND 2hr or less service time — fee equal to 50% of services scheduled. •Less than 24 hrs notice AND 2hr+ service time — fee equal to 75% of services scheduled. •Less than 48 hrs notice AND 2hr+ service time — fee equal to 50% of services scheduled. • Appointment Modification— notify me of any modifications at least 48hrs prior to your appointment. This means you cannot be scheduled for a brow/lip wax, nose wax, and lash lift and tint and when you come in, decide you only want your lashes done. You will be responsible to pay for services performed and in addition, responsible to pay a fee equal to the total of the service(s) that were scheduled but not completed. •If you are running late to your appointment, please communicate with me! Depending on what service(s) are booked, I may not be able to complete the service(s). If I do not have the time to complete the scheduled service(s), you are responsible to pay a fee equal to the total of the service(s) that were scheduled but not completed. •Consistent cancellations or reschedules are disruptive to my schedule and are subject to no longer being able to book in advance. • Any fees must be paid in full before another appointment is booked. Refusal of payment will result in any existing appointments to be canceled. •By booking an appointment at Elevate Beauty Studio you are agreeing the policies stated above.
